Do I need to do anything before/during set up?

Once you have secured your booking, a suitable time will be arranged to deliver and install the Hot Tub the day before your hire period. Can you ensure the are is clear, a water source is within 15 metres and a power socket is within 20 metres. Leave the rest up to us!
How long does it take to set up?

Once you have secured your booking, a time will be arranged for staff to deliver and install the hot tub a day before you hire period. The initial set up can take around 1.5 hours to set up and fill. It will take between 12-20 hours for the tub to reach a temperature of 42 degrees.
Do I need to empty the Tub on the day of collection?

Please do not empty the Hot Tub. Staff will empty and dismantle the equipment for you. Please provide us with the location of yur nearest drain.
Is the Hot Tub cleaned thoroughly before use?

YES! During this time, it is understandable that our customers have concerns around the cleanliness of the Hot Tubs. Please be assured that the Hot Tubs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after use. A new filter is used for each hire period.
Does the Hot Tub need to be switched on/off?

After the installation, please DO NOT switch off the power. The Hot Tub needs to be plugged in and on for the duration of your hire.
